First, check the setup path

Does your printer, installed ink, paper, process, exact blank, and equipment match the source instructions? If no, correct the mismatch or find an applicable source. If yes, follow the first branch below that fits the result.

The file or print is the wrong size or orientation

Does the image fit the printer's actual imageable width and height, including margins? If no, resize or change the supported feed path. If yes, check the process-specific mirror direction. The MakerFlo tumbler manual calls for mirroring; the Unisub reverse-print ornament does not.

The transfer moved or made a double edge

Was the transfer secured as the method-specific source directs? If no, follow that fixation step on a test item. MakerFlo's tumbler manual calls for tightly taped paper. If yes, check handling and removal before assuming a heat change. JPPlus fabric tips call for lint rolling, transfer fixation, and a protective sheet in their item scope.

Color or coverage is unexpected

Are ink, paper, blank, and source setting all applicable to the exact equipment context? If no, correct the mismatch. If yes, compare your recorded preparation and settings with the source, test one change on one item, and log the result.

If none of these branches fits

Keep the failed item, file, source URL, equipment ID, and recorded settings together. Ask the exact supplier for its support path. Do not borrow a nearby blank's setting or label the result as a confirmed cause.

Sources

Instructions vary by exact product and method. Follow each supplier source for the current product-specific directions.
